On February 13, Alibaba Health told reporters that in order to alleviate this problem, it has joined forces with nearly 50 domestic and foreign drug manufacturers to further launch the "chronic disease welfare plan" on the Tmall "Don't go out to buy medicine" platform to ensure the online supply of chronic disease drugs during the epidemic, and provide online chronic disease management services for chronic disease patients who are not convenient to go out to dispense drugs.

It is difficult for patients with chronic diseases to continue taking medicine
